About Us
The Meat Market started as Mueller’s Meat Market owned by Marv and Gene Mueller. In 1989, the business was taken over by Mike Vold (Mueller’s former lead sausage maker) and Ron Hart (Mueller’s head Meat Cutter). The two owned and operated the plant for 18 years when Ron passed away, unexpectedly. In 2011 Mike’s oldest daughter, Michelle Brinker, joined The Meat Market team. After a few short years, husband Drew Brinker joined as well, becoming one of the head meat cutters. In March 2014, Mike decided to expand the business and opened a retail shop in the Wisconsin Dells. With the help of his other son-in-law, Kaleb Becraft, The Meat Market of Wisconsin Dells was opened and has been a successful addition to the business. We are looking forward to continue providing delicious meats!

I consistently find the freshest, delicious meats and the friendliest staff you'll find anywhere! There are also frozen items that are catered for barbeques for family and friends! I had friends come to visit. I bought three ribeye steaks from the Meat Market. I cooked those steaks for my guests. They said those steaks were the absolute best steaks they have ever had. These friends travel all over the country and dine in the best restaurants, they were blown away with the taste and quality of these steaks. Whenever they come to visit I make sure to treat them to The Meat Market ribeye steaks.
